Hello, this is Aim Strings.


In order to reduce the inconvenience of domestic and foreign members, Aim Strings homepage has been moved from WordPress hosting to imweb hosting.

Now, we support faster speed, user-friendly payment environment, and complete multilingual service!

In addition, we have prepared more various service options and payment benefits by reflecting many of the opinions requested by members.

 


※Data of existing members has been transferred normally, but the following items need to be manually corrected or requested from the customer center.

  • Password has been reset - Since the password is encrypted, it cannot be transferred. As the password is currently generated with an 11-digit random number, members must reset their password by searching for password when logging in for the first time. 
  • Order history has been reset - Because the order products and ordering system on the new website are completely different, the old order history has not been transferred. If you are a member with a history of purchasing download products, please contact us through the 1:1 inquiry board and we will process it as soon as possible.
  • Real name required - In the case of a new website, you log in with your email address, and you cannot use your old ID (nickname). You must change your name to your real name in My Account in order to make a normal payment.
  • Phone number required - For the old website, a phone number (mobile phone number) was not required, but for the new website, it is mandatory. If you change the currently registered mobile phone number to 010-0000-0000 correctly, you can receive KakaoTalk/text order notification service.
  • Membership level has been reset - The existing membership level was determined by the amount of points held, but on the new website, the membership level is determined by the accumulated purchase amount. For members who have payment history before renewal, please attach an image of proof of payment (e-mail order form or deposit history) to the 1:1 inquiry board and raise your grade upon request.
  • There may be missing members - A member who has not logged in for more than 1 year or has not entered a name when signing up for the old website is classified as a dormant member and data transfer may have been omitted. If you cannot log in with the registered email, please contact the customer center.
